From 2004 to 2013
Supervisor of the voluntaries and the staff members of the NANE Help line for victims of domestic and sexual violence and their supporters.

In 2004
Supervisor of the Pilot Crisis Management Center for Women Victims of Domestic Violence, run by the Government Office for Equal Opportunities. Responsibilities: "[...] to assist the staff of the crisis unit in working together to resolve professional problems encountered in the course of their work and to deal with tensions arising from work with clients with serious human and existential problems."

2007-2008
Supervisor of the first training in Spain of GIM (Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music) music therapists at the "Música, Arte y Proceso" Institute in Vitoria-Gasteiz.

From March 2012 to the present day
Supervisor of the organizing staff of the Budapest Pride Festival and Parade.

17 June 2014
Participation at the stakeholder meeting organized by the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) at its premises in Vienna to discuss the topic of the role of men in combatting violence against women.

Since 2014 to the present
Individual supervision sessions for the founders and later (from March 2019) group supervision for the early childhood volunteers team and (from December 2020) for the employees of InDaHouse Hungary, a social innovation organization that works with socially disadvantaged children and young people living in Borsod county, which is one of the most underprivileged regions in Hungary.

From October 2017 to the present day
Supervisor of the Equality Project of the Hungarian Civil Liberties Union (HCLU).

2018-2020
Counseling, continuous education and supervision (primarily in the field of how to handle domestic violence among institutionalized families), provided for the staff of the Temporary Home for Families in the Zugló district of Budapest, maintained by the Budapest Methodological Centre of Social Policy and Its Institutions (BMSZKI), the largest homeless service provider in Budapest.

From 2019 to the present day
Advisory and training activity within the framework of the Peaceful Homes (Békés Otthon) program of Zugló Public Safety Non-profit Ltd. (ZKNP). The long-term goal of the program is to implement a local community model for reducing domestic violence, involving the police, the staff of the Zugló Family and Child Welfare Center, the Pedagogical Service, school psychologists, other relevant institutions and non-governmental organizations and the general public.

From June 2019 to the present day
Supervision carried out in four parallel groups for the Presidency of Artman Association for Arts and Movement (the only contemporary dance company in Hungary that is composed of disabled and able-bodied people), for the artistic leaders of two projects ("Tánceánia" and "Artmenők") within the frame of Artman, and for the full membership of the Association.

From July 2021 to the present day
